Chairs for rent
There are currently two salon chairs available to rent.
The salon is a 700sf space in an industrial building. You will not have a street view so this is best for someone who does not depend on walk-ins.
There are two chairs, one shampoo bowl and a waiting area with a full snack and coffee bar.

Rent is 800 per month

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday are available for you to work any time 7am-10pm.

There is an air purifier, ring light, mini-fridge and microwave for you to use.

I can provide a retail shelf if you would like to have products for sale.
